• Feedback box details: your message and, only if you choose to provide it, your email address.
• Chat and call-booking details: your name, email address, phone number if provided, preferred date and time, service interest, and the messages you type into our assistant or booking form.

A short copy of your conversation may remain in your own browser storage so that the thread can continue after a page refresh. Clearing your browser storage can remove this local copy.

The chat assistant is intended only for general communication, project enquiry support, and service-related assistance. It is not intended for confidential, legal, medical, financial, or highly sensitive personal information.
